You may fill out the online American Legion Form and receive a membership number. In doing so, you will still be required to provide your American Legion application and a copy of your DD214 with an Honorable Discharge status to the Post Leadership. This is required to join American Legion Utah Post 111.

Our primary mission is to help Veterans. Any Veteran! We'd also love for you to become a member of Post 111. In order to join, you MUST show our Post Leadership a copy of your DD214. The character status of your discharge must be "Honorable." Please blank out any sensitive information (DOD ID Number, Birthday, and Social Security Number) prior to emailing it to our Post Adjutant using the link below.
